What you’ll be doing
- Partner with business and engineering leaders to assess the company’s talent requirements and advise on the best hiring strategy in Slovak Republic, EU and the US
- Use a variety of techniques and online platforms (LinkedIn, profesia.sk, etc.) to discover and attract the best passive engineering talent
- Conduct thorough phone screens and in-person behavioral based interviews to assess both technical baseline as well as soft skills required to be successful at Tachyum
- Take full ownership of the entire recruiting and onboarding process, including trial period
- Focus on providing an outstanding candidate experience and best first impression of Tachyum
What we are looking for:
- Minimum BS/BA or equivalent in business or related field is required
- Proficient in English (C1)
- Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience
- A genuine interest in technology as shown by continuous learning throughout your career
- Demonstrated track record of excellence in sourcing and assessing technical talent
- Proven relationship management experience with business partners, helping them navigate the sources of talent and assisting them with assessment
- Skilled in offer negotiation, awareness of pertinent Slovak Republic employment legislation and employment market trends
- The ability to lead projects to successful conclusion – balancing efficiency with quality
